Cancellation Policy
Medical Port accepts cancellation requests up to 24 hours after the request was made and the payment was received. Clients will be charged 50% of the amount paid, since the Teleconsultation diagnosis are completed within 48 hours and sent to the client by that time.

Refund Policy
Clients who cancel the service within the first 24 hours after requesting the Teleconsultation will receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid.

Política de Cancelamento
A Medical Port aceita pedidos de cancelamento até 24 horas após o pedido ter sido feito e o pagamento recebido. Aos clientes sera cobrado 50% do valor pago, pois os diagnósticos da Teleconsulta são feitos em 48 horas e enviados para o cliente dentro desse limite de tempo.

Política de reembolso
Os clientes que cancelem o serviço nas primeiras 24 horas após terem pedido uma Teleconsulta receberão um reembolso de 50%.
