Jorge Rozeira holds a degree in Medicine by University of Porto in Portugal, with a specialisation in Dermatology. He is Chief of Service and Director of Dermatology and also he is the Director of Dermaconsulting Clinic. He belongs to the Portuguese Society of Dermatology and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology. Was a Dermatology professor at Biomedical Sciences Institute Abel Salazar from Porto University (in Portugal) for several years.

I've been fascinated by human behaviour since I was a child—the "why" behind our emotions, our reactions, and the relationships we build. This fascination led me to pursue a degree in Health Psychology, which I completed in 2007.

Over the years, my journey has evolved naturally. I started in the geriatric field, then moved on to working with adults, and later had the opportunity to work with children—an experience that turned into a deep passion. Today, I work with both children and adults, but it is within the world of childhood that I find some of my greatest challenges and motivations.

As I work daily with children, parents, and schools, I felt the need to deepen my knowledge of education. This led me to embark on a new journey and return to university, where I am now completing my second degree, this time in Education.

I love stimulating children's cognitive development, and I believe that each child has their own pace and unique needs. My commitment is to tailor every intervention individually, ensuring they feel understood, supported, and capable of reaching their full potential. I also strive to help families feel more secure and confident in their role—because raising a child can be challenging, but with the right support, everything becomes easier!

For me, true change happens when children, families, and schools work together. When everyone moves in the same direction, the results speak for themselves.

She has completed several internships in the fields of Community Psychiatry, Forensic Psychiatry, Neurology, Pedopsychiatry, Gerontopsychiatry, among others. After completing my medical degree at Nova Medical School, I joined the Psychiatry Residency Programme at ULS Lisboa Ocidental. I have undertaken multiple training programmes, including the postgraduate course in Psychopharmacology Updates organised by the Portuguese Society of Psychiatry and Mental Health. I have also contributed presentations and scientific work at both national and international congresses.

I am particularly interested in understanding the individual through the biopsychosocial model, seeking an approach that goes beyond pharmacological treatment by considering each person’s personal history, as well as the relevant social and contextual factors.

I also have experience as an educator, having worked as a Guest Teaching Assistant at Nova Medical School, and currently collaborating in the subjects of Medical Psychology and Behavioural Medicine.

I have formal language qualifications, including a C2 diploma in English and B1 level in German.

My main areas of interest include mood disorders such as depression, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, stress, and burnout.

Dra. Ana Catarina Esteves holds a Master Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Master Degree in Medicine. She also holds a Post-Graduation in Palliative Care. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto and is a Specialist in Infectious Diseases. He was a speaker at 23 conferences, collaborated in 135 works presented at national and international meetings and published 73 articles in national and international journals in his own name or as a researcher.

Nutrition

A chemical engineer by training, with a degree in Nutrition from the Escola Superior de Tecnologia da Saúde de Lisboa, additional training in Chinese Medicine from Chengdu University (China), and a Master’s in Evidence-Based Nutritional Supplementation.

She specialises in women's integrative health, with a particular focus on menopause and endometriosis, combining clinical nutrition with laboratory assessments and an integrative approach supported by Chinese Medicine. Her approach provides comprehensive and personalised care that complements conventional medical treatment.

She has developed an integrative natural treatment programme specifically designed for women in the pre-menopause or menopause phase who cannot or prefer not to undergo hormone replacement therapy. This programme includes a detailed consultation with an initial symptom assessment, biochemical tests to identify nutritional or hormonal imbalances, and a personalised therapeutic plan incorporating nutrition, supplementation, and phytotherapy tailored to each woman’s specific needs.

She has delivered several lectures and is the co-author of a scientific article (currently under review) on the role of the FODMAP diet in endometriosis symptoms.
