Online Dermatologist
An online dermatology appointment will allow you to get a diagnosis and a medical prescription that is valid throughout Europe, without leaving your home.
The skin is both our biggest organ and the first line of defense against diseases. It is crucial that you always take care of yourself.
Do you have a skin condition and would like to consult a specialist? Do it without leaving your home, through your smartphone or computer.
How does it work?
Step 1: Take at least two pictures of the afected area(s) on your body.
Step 2: Describe your dermatologic condition (one or two paragraphs), detailing if you have had any treatment, medications you have taken or any other detail you believe might be important.
Step 3: Send an email to derma@medicalport.org with the paragraphs detailing your condition and your photos attached, and finally add your personal information (name, age, contacts).
Step 4: One of our Customer Care Agents will either call or email you to schedule your online consultation with Dr. Rozeira, according to your convinience.
Step 5: After the date and time for your appointment has been arranged, you may proceed with the payment and then get the link to access your online consultation. If you have any questions or doubts you can always contact one of our Customer Care Agents.
Video consultation: During your online dermatology consultation with Dr. Jorge Rozeira you will receive your diagnosis and prescription through an email or text message.
An online consultation is priced at 65€ (including VAT). Aditionally, you will have a 15 day period after your appointment to follow up and ask Dr. Rozeira any questions you might still have, free of charge.
