PHYSIOTHERAPY
Regain your mobility and improve your quality of life with personalised physiotherapy.
Physiotherapy is a core area of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine. It helps patients restore movement, relieve pain, and improve function after injury, surgery or chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
Who can benefit from physiotherapy?
Throughout life, anyone may need physiotherapy — after a work-related injury, orthopaedic surgery, a fall, or to manage chronic back pain.
It is also crucial for recovery from stroke, Parkinson’s disease, or other neurological conditions, as it promotes independence, balance, and mobility.
Physiotherapists use customised treatment plans that include therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and advanced technology to maximise recovery and prevent future injuries.

Low levels of vitamin D lead to low bone calcium stores, increasing the risk of fractures. As bone calcium density falls, bones become weak and fracture-prone. Most studies show that a lack of vitamin D increases the risk of osteoporosis and the likelihood of hip and other nonspinal fractures.”
World Health Organization stresses, the sun's rays provide warmth and light that enhance your general feeling of well being and stimulate blood circulation.
