Results may be available within up to 48 hours, depending on the test performed. Sexually transmitted infection (STI) tests are processed by reference laboratories using appropriate analytical technology and procedures. Clinical information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection and confidentiality standards.

Carry out laboratory testing for the detection of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV, chlamydia, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, syphilis, gonorrhoea, herpes, and other clinically relevant infections.
Where there are concerns about possible exposure to a sexually transmitted infection (STI), a medical consultation may be arranged with a doctor, either in person or via teleconsultation, for confidential clinical assessment and guidance.
